Since the Auberge turned into a cooperative, Vera<\/strong>, who has been our chef for 18 years, is now our manageress. Marie<\/strong> helps her.<\/p>\n

If you are staying as guests, you will be welcomed by Michaela, Michaela <\/strong>and G\u00e9rald<\/strong>, who will take you to your room prepared with great care by the housekeeping team,\u00a0David<\/strong> or Solenne<\/strong> our governess.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen, Nicolas, Nans, Nolan and Gr\u00e9goire <\/strong>\u00a0will carefully prepare tasty dishes, using local and seasonal products as well as organic produce as much as possible.<\/p>\n

To serve those delicious dishes, the waiting team with Frederique<\/strong>, Axel,<\/strong> Marilyne,\u00a0 Nathan, and Valerie<\/strong> will do everything possible to meet your expectations, not to forget our colleages of the maintenance service Pascale and Julien<\/strong> who make sure everything runs smoothly.<\/p>\n

We are all working to make you feel welcomed and at ease as if staying in a family home where the environnement offers an enchanted break with good food and wine near the Pic St Loup and its incredible vineyards.
