When you organize a seminar, a training course or a workshop at the Auberge du Cèdre, be it only for a half-day meeting or a whole in-residence week, you choose a unique working environment just next to Montpellier.
The generous space offered by the Domaine de Cazeneuve with its meeting rooms, terraces, swimming pool and hundred-year-old park, the unspoilt nature of the countryside, the peaceful surroundings and elegant beauty of the century old house are important assets. But, above all, the serene environment, the attentive staff, the warm and relaxed welcome will contribute to making your project a success.
our residential seminar package
Our formula is an “ all inclusive package ”, however it is flexible and can be tailored to your particular needs.
It includes:
– a welcome coffee upon arrival
– the cost of renting the room and the loan of material
– a full lunch including starter, main course, dessert, a pitcher of red wine and coffee and/or hot drinks
– 2 breaks with drinks + snack food

the vaulted hall
This is the old “ hunting room ” of the Domain, where the hunters met to divide the spoils and celebrate the success of the shooting parties – today it’s our main conference room.
It communicates with the library through double doors, to insure privacy. Often (weather permitting) the breaks are offered on the terrace overlooking the park or else in the sitting room.
The room is about 37 m². It can accommodate about twenty people around a large meeting table, or up to 40 people in audience. There is a large screen on the wall for your projections; a video projector is at your disposal, as well as paperboards.
the library
The library, the ancient kitchen of the Auberge with its large fireplace and old cracked cement flooring, can be used in many versatile ways; it is the most quiet room in the house, and is daily appreciated for reading, playing games or simply relaxing.
It can also be used as a second conference room. More intimate than the other rooms, it’s 39 m² and almost square in size, and opens onto a courtyard to the west of the Auberge. The library has several tables where up to 20 people can take place or 40 people sitting as in a theatre. A large screen can be hooked on the wall.

the large conference room in Cazeneuve
Located in the Château de Cazeneuve, our neighbours, it can easily be reached by just crossing the road in front of the Auberge. About 120 m², it can accommodate up to eighty people, sitting as in a theater.
It is an ancient barn with a large rustic fireplace and a ceiling that proudly displays its ancient weathered beams. The wooden floor makes it perfect for training courses such as Tango dancing, for example. We do have such events yearly.
There’s an air-conditioning, a bar area, a wall screen, paperboards, and you can access the Auberge’s Wifi network. We do not accommodate festive evenings.
