Since the Auberge turned into a cooperative, Vera, who has been our chef for 18 years, is now our manageress. Kinnari helps her out as her managing assistant.
If you are staying as guests, you will be welcomed by Marie, Michaela, Gérald, who will take you to your room prepared with great care by the housekeeping team, Marion, David or Solenne our governess.
In the kitchen, Vardan, Brice, Nicolas, Nans, Nolan,Grégoire,Juliette, Joseph and Nacer will carefully prepare tasty dishes, using local and seasonal products as well as organic produce as much as possible.
To serve those delicious dishes, the waiting team headed by Mathieu together with Marilyne, Romane, Axel, Nathan, and Valerie will do everything possible to meet your expectations, not to forget our colleages of the maintenance service Pascale and Julien who make sure everything runs smoothly.
We are all working to make you feel welcomed and at ease as if staying in a family home where the environnement offers an enchanted break with good food and wine near the Pic St Loup and its incredible vineyards. We hope you will spend a comforting, relaxing and happy stay with us.
