Since 2014, we are deeply committed to reduce our environmental footprint and support sustainable development. These efforts were rewarded in 2016 when we got the environmental label Green Key.
“Maître Restaurateur” title
Here, everything is homemade! The title of Maître Restaurateur (Master Restaurateur) is the only title issued by the State for the French restaurant trade.
The idea is to make more recognizable the various types of restauration and to emphasize a type of cuisine prepared on site, from crude products, by genuine cooks.
Hence, at the Auberge, it’s really ” homemade ”: our 5 cooks prepare each day, from start to finish, what you find in your plate.
Quality Tourism label Sud de France (South of France)
The label “Tourisme Sud de France” aims at helping the enterprises of the Occitanie area to develop and optimize the quality of the reception and services proposed to tourists.
It makes it possible to develop qualified regional tourist amenities, reflecting the diversity of the services and territories of the South of France and make it available to the visitors as well as the tourist operators.
All accommodations belonging to the EcoLeaders TripAdvisor program respect a set of TripAdvisor environmental standards fixed by a specialized leading firm, with the support of expert partners. The more a hotel implements ecological practices, the higher its EcoLeader rating.
